By purchasing JazzyPatterns artwork, you are granted non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use JazzyPatterns artwork. Please note that this is license to use JazzyPatterns artwork, NOT an agreement of ownership.
Permitted Use and Copies
You can use JazzyPatterns artwork on any design/craft/decoration/printed media/digital media projects for personal and small scale commercial use (under 100,000 copies) as long as you incorporate it into another graphic that you create – on a flattened background (no transparency).
You may not resell, redistribute or share any JazzyPatterns artwork in its original form. You may not duplicate or copy JazzyPatterns artwork except as needed to use it as permitted by agreement. You can make one (1) copy of JazzyPatterns artwork for backup purposes.
Extended License
If you would like to use JazzyPatterns artwork in large scale prints and industrial scale projects (over 100,000 copies), please contact support [at] jazzypatterns [dot] com about extended license information.
Copyright
You acknowledge and agree that JazzyPatterns artwork and permitted copies are the intellectual property owned by JazzyPatterns. All JazzyPatterns artwork and associated trademarks are protected by copyright. When purchasing JazzyPatterns artwork you pay for licence to use it under above conditions.
Reactivation of digital downloads
If you have lost your original and backup downloaded files due technical disaster (i.e. hard-disk crash), you can contact us (with your invoice number) at support@jazzypatterns.com and get your downloads in 60 days period once only. It is your responsibility to keep your files safe.
Termination
The license rights granted under this agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any conditions of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of JazzyPatterns artwork.
Disclaimer
JazzyPatterns artwork is provided “as is”. JazzyPatterns does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using JazzyPatterns artwork.
In no event shall JazzyPatterns be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damage for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use JazzyPatterns artwork.
